Terms of Service
1. Service
TenderOS provides software for discovering public procurement opportunities, analyzing fit and preparing bid material. The service supports decisions; it does not submit bids, sign documents or enter into commitments on behalf of the customer.
2. Accounts and organizations
Customers create organizations and manage members and roles. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of company information entered into the service.
3. Acceptable use
The service may not be used to misrepresent qualifications, to circumvent procurement rules or to access data of other organizations.
4. AI-generated content
Generated content is produced from customer-provided information and public notices. The customer must review all output before use. TenderOS does not warrant the outcome of any procurement procedure.
5. Fees and termination
Paid plans are billed monthly per organization. Either party may terminate; organization data is purged after the confirmation window described in the privacy policy.
