Which procurement sources are covered?
The EU Tenders Electronic Daily (TED) is supported first. SAM.gov (US) and UK Find a Tender / Contracts Finder are being added progressively and are enabled per plan.
Does TenderOS submit bids for us?
No. TenderOS prepares and organizes; your team reviews and submits through the official channel. It never signs, pays or commits your organization.
How is the fit score calculated?
It combines CPV overlap, geography, value range, required certifications, financial thresholds and past-project relevance against your company profile. Each score lists its reasons and open questions.
What happens if information is missing?
Missing or unverifiable requirements are marked as MISSING or UNKNOWN. TenderOS never fills gaps with invented data.
Can we invite external consultants?
Yes. Invite them with the Viewer or Member role; their access is limited to your organization and can be revoked at any time.
Where is data stored?
Data is stored in the EU by default. Regional options are available for enterprise agreements.
