Account data (name, email), organization and company profile data, uploaded documents, usage logs and billing information.

2. Purpose and legal basis

Data is processed to provide the service under the contract with the customer, to secure the platform and to meet legal obligations.

3. Sub-processors

Hosting, email delivery, payment processing and AI model providers act as sub-processors under data processing agreements. A current list is available on request.

4. Retention and deletion

Data is retained for the duration of the contract. Organization deletion permanently purges tenant data after a confirmation window.

5. Your rights

You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data via the contact page.
