Opportunity discovery
Notices from public sources are ingested continuously, deduplicated and normalized: buyer, CPV codes, lots, values converted to EUR, deadlines with their original time zone, attachments and update history.
Fit analysis
Each opportunity is scored against your company profile, qualifications, certifications, financial capacity and past projects. Recommendations come with explicit reasons, risks and a list of requirements you do not yet satisfy.
Requirement extraction
Tender documents are parsed into structured requirements — mandatory, desirable, financial thresholds, certifications, submission instructions — each with a citation back to the source text.
Compliance matrix
Requirements are mapped to your evidence. Gaps are shown as MISSING or UNKNOWN rather than hidden, so your team knows exactly what to obtain before the deadline.
Grounded drafting
Draft responses are generated only from verified company facts and linked evidence. Anything unsupported is flagged for human review.
Deadline tracking
Submission, clarification and site-visit deadlines are tracked per workspace with reminders in your time zone.
